The product itself is great, it feels sturdy and more eco-friendly, not cheap or plasticky at all. It arrived in good shape too. I did feel a little ignored during the process, like there wasn’t much communication or attention if you had a question, but overall I’m happy with it and would probably buy again...

I was really happy to see my order showed up with no plastic in the parcel at all. The packaging was simple, everything arrived in good shape, and it just felt like a nice choice. i wish more companies did this. Anyway, the box was totally fine and I had no issues...

The refund did come through eventually, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than it should have. I had to follow up twice just to get things moving, which was frustrating. Nice that they processed it in the end, I guess

I bought this from Jungle Culture and after a short time it started failing, even though I was just using it normally. At first I thought maybe I’d just been unlucky and got a faulty one, but it was still frustrating. I ended up reaching out to customer service and had to push the complaint a bit because I didn’t feel like the issue was being taken seriously at first. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me the durability wasn’t good enough

Overall, I do like how these look, and most of the pieces feel decent enough. That said, one of mine had a rough edge, and it didn’t feel quite as sturdy as I was hoping. It’s not a bad buy, but for the price, I’d say it’s more average than amazing.

They did sort the issue in the end, but getting there was a bit of a clown show. Way too many messages back and forth for something that should’ve been simple, and the whole support experience felt frustrating. Expected them to be more on the ball.

It looked really nice when I first got it, but after a few washes it started to show wear sooner than I expected. For something that’s supposed to be reusable, I was hoping it would last longer. I also wish the washing/care instructions had been a little clearer, since I wasn’t totally sure if I was handling it the best way

It’s a nice enough gift, but by my standards the packaging felt basic. I usually like gifts to feel a bit more special when you open them, so this didn’t totally hit the mark for me. Still okay, just not something I’d choose for everyone

The website looks really nice and I found it easy to browse through the products. I also liked that they include plenty of details about the materials, which was helpful. Some pages did load a bit slowly for me though, and I had to click around more than expected to find the delivery info haha. Checkout was okay, just not the smoothest. Overall, a decent experience, but it could be a bit easier to use.

It seems okay so far and nothing really feels off, but I’m still not completely sure. My main issue is that there hasn’t been any follow-up, which makes me a little hesitant. A quick check-in or update would’ve made me feel a lot more confident.

I really like the idea behind the shop and I wanted to love it, but when I actually started looking around I found the range a bit limited and I was hoping there’d be more everyday eco-friendly bits all in one place, like the kind of stuff you can just pick up regularly without having to search loads of different sites, but there just wasn’t as much variety as I expected so in the end I only bought one thing

I really wanted to like this, but I couldn’t find any clear proof to back up their eco-friendly claims. It all felt a bit greenwashy, which is frustrating. I’ll politely pass on buying it again.

Am I missing something here? The box showed up looking messy, and it didn’t feel giftable at all. I was expecting it to look a bit more presentable.

I really wanted to like this, but I walked away feeling like I overpaid.
I’m usually okay spending a bit extra on eco-friendly products, so I thought this would feel like a worthwhile upgrade. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t seem much different from cheaper ones I’ve bought before, and I kept thinking I should’ve just stuck with those.

Maybe other people will have a better experience, but for me it didn’t feel worth the price. I regret giving it a try at this cost and probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I do like that they seem to care about ethical sourcing and cutting down on plastic, and the products seem decent overall. For some reason, though, I expected a bit more clear info about where everything actually comes from. It’s good, just not quite as transparent as I was hoping.

I ordered a few bamboo kitchen bits and, they work well for what I needed. They look nice and do the job. My only gripe is that one of the pieces feels a bit lighter than I expected, like a little too light in the hand. It’s not a huge deal, but yeah, I did notice it right away, and I still kind of wish it felt a bit sturdier. Overall I’m happy with them, just that one item being lighter than expected is the main thing...

I ordered from jungleculture.eco and the delivery was quick. It showed up within a few days, which was faster than I was expecting, and the packaging looked totally fine to me.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the tracking updates felt a bit behind, so I wasn’t always sure where the parcel was. That said, the order arrived without any problems, and overall I’d be happy to order again.

I liked the eco-friendly vibe of the site, and some of the product photos looked really nice. The natural colors are a good touch too. That said, a few parts felt kind of crowded, like there was too much going on at once. Some pages were easy enough to scroll through, but others felt a bit overwhelming. I also never got any follow-up after reaching out, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it’s not bad, but I think it would be better if it was cleaner and simpler.
